Municipal Energy Managers has the shovel ready and will help you apply for this grant as a way to extend the value of your street lighting project. The window for grant submission closes at 4pm on August 14, 2009 so MEM is working with clients on a first come first served basis. MEM believes that your project may qualify for the stimulus funding as outlined in the guidelines.
